  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You’ll Do

Order Packing & Shipping: Accurately and efficiently pack orders according to customer requirements, ensuring timely shipment.

Receiving & Inspection of Goods – Check incoming party balloons and supplies, ensuring they’re in perfect condition and match the order details.

Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and assist in maintaining real-time inventory data, promptly reporting any shortages or overstock situations.

Organize & Store Products – Sort items by category, size, and color, keeping the warehouse neat and efficient.

Assist with Loading & Unloading – Help move stock safely in and out of the warehouse.

Maintain Safety & Cleanliness – Maintain warehouse safety and hygiene standards while adhering to company warehouse operation guidelines.

Education: At least a secondary school education with basic reading and writing skills.

Experience: Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training!

Attention to Detail: You’re careful, responsible, and ensure accuracy in every task.

Time Management: You can meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.

Team Player: Good communication skills and a positive attitude to work well with others.

Basic Computer Skills: Able to use simple inventory management systems.

Quick Hands & Sharp Eyes: Good hand-eye coordination to handle packaging quickly and neatly.

Organizational Skills: Can locate and categorize items easily for efficient packing.

Problem Solver: Able to troubleshoot issues like missing stock or damaged goods and find solutions fast.

Language Skills: Basic in Chinese, English, and Malay (reading, writing, and speaking).
