JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Managing the recruitment process for the company, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Preparing staff salaries and submitting monthly contributions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB, etc
- Prepare EA form to staff and submit Form E to IRB
- Monitor staff record attendance through TimeTec HR (PKPS) & Punch Card (Ehsan Mart)
- Handle employee relations for HQ and Operation
- Submit the report for staff disciplinary actions to integrity PKPS team
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Fill in employee's particular in the Employee Appraisal Form
- Assist in the overall supervision of staff and the relevant office administration works
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Handling for utilities
- Coordinate office & Ehsan Mart supplies and equipment including ordering t-shirt, lanyard and ID staff
- Handling staff claim
- At least 12 years experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
