PRODUCT ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of farming and product strategies and plans.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure product alignment with market needs.
• Help prepare product specifications, descriptions, and documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage product procurement and delivery include POS System.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customer and sales teams.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of product databases and SKU permanent listing inventories
• Support the launch process, including coordinating marketing material and sales training
• Track and report on product performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Oversee Ehsan Mart operations, including pricing and inventory management
• Handling a periodical count stock take.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred
• At least 2 years experience.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups
• Familiarity with stock management practices
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
• Ability to supervise tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
