Responsibilities :
- customer support position in E-commerce project
- answer and support customers inquirers via calls
- provides customer service support and resolution of
- routine problems regarding client's product or services.
Requirements:
- able to work rotational shift
- JLPT N1 (or N2)
- good communication skill with Japanese customers
- customer support experience
Shift window:
- rotational shift between 9AM - 12PM
- no midnight shift
