  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Market Analysis:
1. Industry and Competitor Research:

  • Conduct detailed research on market trends, industry shifts, and emerging competitor strategies to assess market positioning.
  • Analyze performance data and pricing strategies from competitors to identify areas for potential growth and improvement.

2. Pricing Strategy Insights:

  • Provide actionable insights based on market analysis that help refine pricing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth in key areas such as high-demand periods, special events, or new markets.

Reporting and Analysis:
1. Revenue Performance Reports:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing revenue performance against key metrics (ADR, occupancy, RevPAR), often compared to budget, forecast, and historical performance.
  • Offer insights and conclusions to senior management based on these reports to drive informed decision-making.

2. Forecasting and Recommendations:

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve revenue strategies, identify potential challenges, and capture new opportunities.
  • Contribute to the creation of forecasts that predict future performance and help senior leadership plan for fluctuations in demand or market conditions.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
