Job Responsibility

  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data (cash collection, credit card collection, online bank-in transaction, e-wallet transaction).
  • To monitor outlet’s sales collection and rectify variance.
  • Ensure timely bank-in of cash from outlets.
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile collection accounts to ensure all payments are accurately applied
  • To maintain outstanding deposit listing
  • Work closely with the sales and operation teams to resolve billing/collection issues and discrepancies.
  • Data integration from POS system to accounting software.

Qualifications

  • LCCI/Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting. but fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with sql is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office eg. excel
