Job Responsibility
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data (cash collection, credit card collection, online bank-in transaction, e-wallet transaction).
- To monitor outlet’s sales collection and rectify variance.
- Ensure timely bank-in of cash from outlets.
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile collection accounts to ensure all payments are accurately applied
- To maintain outstanding deposit listing
- Work closely with the sales and operation teams to resolve billing/collection issues and discrepancies.
- Data integration from POS system to accounting software.
Qualifications
- LCCI/Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting. but fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with sql is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office eg. excel
