- To provide friendly and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their banking needs and inquiries.

Job Requirements:
- Open for SPM and above
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Only for Diploma and Degree)
- Experienced will be added advantage
- B2 English with good communication skills
- Interested with Banking Industry
