What you'll be doing

  • Handling the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Administering and maintaining employee records and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating and delivering HR-related training and development programmes
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Processing monthly payroll for Outlet level employees (Malaysia & Singapore) Employees with or without Singapore Labor law knowledge are welcomed to apply

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a F&B industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and Payroll (Retail payroll experience is preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data management
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
