About the role:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales strategy, achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new sales prospects, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into paying customers. Working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Associates, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth market research to identify sales possibilities and understand customer needs.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate terms, close deals, and address client objections effectively to build long-term relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and present sales and financial data reports, ensuring transparency and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office; SQL software experience is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and maintain enthusiasm for sales.
