  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you an organized, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Operation Supervisor to streamline our daily processes, manage documentation (SOPs, guidelines, checklists), and guide a team of 4–5 members. If you excel at driving operational excellence and motivating a diverse group, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee Daily Operations: Lead e-commerce order fulfillment (Website, Marketplace, Shopify) and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

- Drive Sales Targets: Monitor and support both online and boutique sales efforts to meet or exceed assigned targets.

- Manage & Motivate Team: Supervise a 4–5 member team with varying personalities, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Maintain Quality & SOPs: Uphold quality control standards, streamline workflows, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

- Resource & Maintenance Oversight: Monitor equipment needs, inventory levels, and supplier relationships.

- Training & Performance: Conduct regular staff training on operations, product knowledge, and customer service; provide timely feedback and coaching to meet KPIs.

- Reporting & Problem-Solving: Prepare reports for management, address operational challenges, and propose solutions quickly and effectively.

- Customer Experience: Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer satisfaction, service, and overall experience.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Business Operations or E-commerce Management is a plus).

- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the fashion retail industry.

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to handle a diverse, unpredictable team.

- Detail-oriented and perfection-driven approach, especially when dealing with data, forms, and documents.

- Proficiency in Shopify or other e-commerce platforms and POS systems.

- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
