Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Providing introductory information to new customers call in via WhatsApp and call.
  • Providing introductory information to new customers call in via walk in.
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services.
  • Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services focusing on READY STOCKS inventory items.
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions focusing on READY STOCKS inventory items.
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service and working with other departments to find appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of basic introduce products and service, and also personal skills on selling and follow up customer.
  • Hands on experience with System, Microsoft office.

  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create reports and conduct analyses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
