Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication between development, testing, and business teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance software development and QA processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend relevant improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business administration and/or quality assurance roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality assurance methodologies is a plus.
