About the Role:
As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store by managing various HR functions. Key responsibilities include: -

• Develop, maintain and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Support and co-ordinate with management team on company guidelines.
• Handling foreign workers' paperwork,
• Monitoring leave applications,
• Proactively conduct hiring campaigns,
• Responding to workers crisis,
• Managing employee on-boarding and orientation.
• Preparing reports for management,
• Conducting staff appraisals,
• Ensuring adequate manning for daily operations.
• Managing & tabulating medical leaves & annual leave allocations,
• Responsible in HR strategy, planning, HR manning guide and HR budgeting
• Maintain Employee records, generate reports and streamline HR processes
• Ensuring compliance with Malaysian Labour Laws, Compliance and Legal.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• Malaysian Citizen
• Able to work in partnership when necessary.
• Age between 35 to 45
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the retail industry
• Proficient in Malaysian employment laws
• Proven track record in managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure daily operations run smoothly
• Strong & positive attitude and able to work with multiple department heads
• Physically fit and active.
• Flexibility and availability during weekends and holidays are also required
