- Assist in identifying, reaching out to, and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs).
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, managing email lists, and analysing campaign results.
- Respond to customer messages or comments on company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and online sales platforms.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues, ensuring a positive experience.
- Track and report the performance of customer engagement activities, digital marketing campaigns, and KOC collaborations.
- Participate in offsite marketing activities, such as event promotions, managing booths, and interacting with customers during events.
- Occasionally participate in LIVE HOST sessions to promote products and engage with the audience on social media platforms.
- Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution of plans.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum CPGA 3.0 and above.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in content editing tools such as Canva and CapCut will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
