- School Management: Oversee the overall processes and management of the school, including academic, co-curricular, and financial aspects.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Principal (1) for administration and academics, the Head of Student Affairs (HEM), and the Head of Co-curricular Activities Human Resources: Foresee manpower at each campus including interview, recruitment processes and training. Financial Management:
- Have the authority to review and approve small purchase (inventory) and manage campus Petty Cash.
- Academic Monitoring: Collect weekly Lesson Plans from teachers and monitor their progress in the academic field Marketing and Student Enrollment: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Staff Evaluation and Leave: Conduct periodical evaluations/assessment and approve staff annual leave.
- Official Documents: Review and sign all official school documents and act as the highest representative at the school branch in all official matters.
- School Development: Liaise with the Director and Parents Teachers Associate regarding school development, including development projects and facility improvements.
- PTA Conferences: Regularly participate in Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) conferences and seek advice or opinions on matters related to the PTA.
- Coordination with Other School Leaders Student Admission: Responsible for acknowledging and confirming the admission of new students to the school.
- Monitoring the books (text books, writing books, activity books, etc) and school uniform stock which handle by appointed teacher.
For SENIOR ASSISTANT OF ADMINISTRATION & CURRICULUM position (GPK1)
