Lead Teacher ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Oversight:- Supervise and guide teachers to ensure curriculum standards are met.
- Assist in developing lesson plans and teaching strategies.

Classroom Management:- Serve as the Class Teacher for 4-year-old children.
- Oversee the preparation of classroom materials and resources.

- Address any academic or behavioral issues as needed.
Vice Principal ResponsibilitiesAdministration:- Manage licensing requirements across all branches, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Schedule and attend parent appointments to address concerns and provide updates.
- Prepare school documents, including reports, forms, and policy updates.
Event and Activity Management:- Collaborate with the Principal on planning and executing events, school trips, and open days.
- Ensure proper coordination and participation from all stakeholders.
Leadership and Support:- Act as a liaison between teachers, parents, and the administration.
- Step in for the Principal when needed, providing leadership and decision-making support.
- Assist in teacher training and professional development initiatives.
Social Media & Marketing Management- Content Creation and Strategy:
- Manage Wonder Years Kindergarten’s social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create engaging and informative content showcasing school activities, events, and updates.
- Develop a social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Qualifications:- A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- PERMATA certification or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:- At least 2-5 years of experience in early childhood education, with prior leadership or management experience in a preschool setting.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and school administration.
Skills:- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, parents, and the community.
- In-depth knowledge of educational programs and child development.
- Ability to manage conflict, problem-solve, and make effective decisions.
Certifications:- CPR and First Aid certification is an added advantage.
