- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
- Must be able to work both shift (10am-7pm; 7pm-3am(WFH))
- Able to work at office, Work Location: The Intermark, Kuala Lumpur.
- Able to understand, read and speak in Mandarin and English.
- Proficient in typing/writing English for effective communication with international clients.
- Strong customer service awareness, quick learner, and ability to grasp relevant business knowledge rapidly.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
