Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years working experience in sales / business development, product marketing
  • Healthcare experience is advantageous but not critical
  • Have worked in a fast growing tech start-up and/or have worked in a blue chip sales/brand marketing company
  • Have a track record of selling and/or marketing in B2B and D2C
  • Original and creative storyteller - being great at designing and making sales and strategy/proposition decks
  • Proven ability to build teams and scale a sales & marketing function
  • Ability and experience using customer and financial data to drive decisions
  • Relentless in getting through to decision makers and attracting their attention
  • Strong organisation skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in using CRM tools (eg. Mailchimp) is desirable
  • Eligible to work in Malaysia

Main duties & responsibilities

Sales / Business Development

  • Lead all key B2B business development activities
  • Design and implement a structured sales process
  • Lead generation - Track down and secure meetings with decision makers at prospective corporate clients (GLCs, public listed companies, and other organisations across various sectors)
  • Engage with potential clients to explain the Reset Health propositions and understand how it might align to their business objectives
  • Develop high quality proposals and pitches according to the needs and interests of each prospective client. This can include sales presentations, solution guides, and demo videos
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence and recommend what we should learn from others
  • Continually seek and take advantage of opportunities to network with clients
  • Work with the team to devise implementation plans for each account

Marketing

  • Create marketing campaigns that work across all channels to build awareness to generate sales for the business
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations and Clinical teams to attract and retain members
  • enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude

Schedule

  • Full time: Core working hours are 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Weekend working may be required
  • Hybrid working arrangement: remote & on-site as required
