Job Details:
- Position: Account Assistant
- Location: Taman Perling
- Remuneration: Up to RM2800
- Working Hours: Mon–Fri /Sat half day (8.30 am–5.30 pm)
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Manage and submit GST claims.
Accounts Receivable:
- Track outstanding customer invoices and coordinate collections.
- Generate monthly customer statements.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statement).
- Assist with year-end audits.
Payroll & HR:
- Handle monthly payroll processing.
- Manage EPF/SOSCO/EIS contributions and liaise with relevant government agencies.
General Accounting:
- Maintain accurate accounting records across all modules.
- Process cash payments, petty claims, and miscellaneous expenses.
- Coordinate stock checks with operations.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/LCCI Diploma/Diploma in Accounting, Banking, or related disciplines.
- > 2 years in a similar role, with the ability to handle a full set of accounts.
- Logistics industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
