Job Details:

  • Position: Account Assistant
  • Location: Taman Perling
  • Remuneration: Up to RM2800
  • Working Hours: Mon–Fri /Sat half day (8.30 am–5.30 pm)

Job Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Manage and submit GST claims.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Track outstanding customer invoices and coordinate collections.
  • Generate monthly customer statements.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statement).
  • Assist with year-end audits.

Payroll & HR:

  • Handle monthly payroll processing.
  • Manage EPF/SOSCO/EIS contributions and liaise with relevant government agencies.

General Accounting:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records across all modules.
  • Process cash payments, petty claims, and miscellaneous expenses.
  • Coordinate stock checks with operations.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/STPM/LCCI Diploma/Diploma in Accounting, Banking, or related disciplines.
  • > 2 years in a similar role, with the ability to handle a full set of accounts.
  • Logistics industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
