Accounting: Calculate the profit and agency commission for each company transaction daily based on the formula. Ensure the accounts are reconciled and closed by the end of each day.

Timely Response and Account Processing: Respond promptly to clients and ensure smooth transactions. Check accounts and process payments, including deposits and withdrawals for clients/suppliers.

General Ledger Management: Reconcile accounts, including the calculation of forex gains and losses, ensuring accuracy and profitability of transactions.

Financial Management: Handle internal company , utilities, reimbursements.

  • Handle daily office affairs to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage and maintain document and record systems.

    Project Management

    • Coordinate with team members to follow up on project progress.

      Customer Service

      • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
      • Handle customer complaints and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

        Data Analysis

        • Collect and analyze data to support decision-making.
        • Prepare reports to present key metrics to management.

          Team Collaboration

          • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate information sharing and resource integration.
          • Participate in team meetings to share work progress and challenges.

            Training and Guidance

            • Provide professional guidance and support to team members.

              Strategy Implementation

              • Assist in formulating and executing the company’s strategic plans.
              • Monitor implementation effectiveness and suggest improvements.

  • Candidates must at least possess a Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
