As a Branch Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of CARSOME Consultants, Financial Admins, and Operations staff to deliver an exceptional car-buying experience. You’ll inspire your team to prioritize customers, drive sales, and achieve remarkable results—all while being supported by CARSOME’s comprehensive resources, including top-notch inventories, cutting-edge technology, innovative marketing activities, and systematic training.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Performance Optimization:
- Report directly to the District Manager and lead your branch team to excel in sales and operational performance.
- Optimize daily workflows, ensuring maximum productivity and sales achievements.
Customer-Centric Experience:
- Empower your team to provide a world-class car-buying experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Development:
- Identify your team members’ strengths and goals, crafting tailored development plans to help them succeed.
Data-Driven Results:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, using insights to meet and exceed targets.
Problem-Solving:
- Tackle challenges head-on to ensure customers receive a seamless, positive experience at your branch.
What You Bring
Experience:
- 3–5 years in managerial roles, with proven experience leading and supervising teams.
- Sales and customer service background; automotive industry experience is a bonus.
Skills:
- Strong leadership with the ability to create actionable plans and inspire your team to execute them.
- Clear, effective communication skills to engage and motivate team members.
- Open-mindedness, adaptability, and the ability to inspire buy-in from others.

- Candidates must possess at least Degree
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in managerial roles, prior experience in supervising direct reports / subordinates is a MUST.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service background, automotive industry is a plus point.
- Be good at establishing action plans and lead a team to implement IT.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Open minded. Motivate, inspire and get buy-in from others.
- Flexibility to provide cover for store opening hours, including holiday and weekends.
