About the Role
Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Transformation Team to lead initiatives that drive business enhancements and operational improvements. This role is critical in managing stakeholder relationships, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business units and technical teams, enabling seamless collaboration to implement transformative changes. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and other key stakeholders to understand enhancement needs and business priorities. Act as a key liaison, ensuring clear communication and expectations between all involved parties.
- Lead and manage business transformation projects from concept to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of the solutions.
- Create and maintain an enhancement roadmap to provide visibility into current and upcoming initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and user requirements for projects/enhancements. Work closely with technical teams to ensure user requirements are translated into solutions
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide subject matter expertise to business stakeholders and IT teams in these areas whilst working closely with teams to implement changes and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
- Oversee and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality and address any issues prior to implementation. Develop testplans, test cases, and perform UAT to ensure that the solutions meet
business requirements and achieve business objectives. - Track the progress and performance of transformation initiatives, measuring their impact on business outcomes. Prepare and deliver updates to management, including reports on prioritization, queue management, budgets, and timelines.
- Assist with any additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities as request by your manager to support teams objectives and organizational priorities
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Technology, Project Management or a related field. 8+ years of working experience in project management or business transformation, preferably in insurance or related industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with other tools, such as JIRA or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships and align diverse perspectives.
- Familiarity with operational enhancements in corporate environments. With the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation.
