• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
• Monitor and organize inventory.
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
• Collaborate with sales staff in monthly meetings.
• Ensuring that all the sales operations are executed with agreement to the procedures of approvals and recognition.
• Doing all other jobs in the sales section of the company that fit into his/her work area of responsibilities and duties.
Job Requirements
• Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• At least SPM / diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, outlook)
• Punctuality, responsible, good communication & independent.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Salary subject to experience basis.
