About the Role
- To support Director of Regional Corporate Solutions to drive Corporate Solutions and IVS business through Agency distribution to make a direct impact to Group Corporate Solutions’ overall Value of New Business ambition
- To support the execution of Agency CS-IVS (Individual Voluntary Solutions) regional and local business units strategic initiatives
- Support the development and delivery of regional learning and development / HR service partnership. Assist to manage partner relationships, develop and rollout regional Human Resources webinars, newsletter, research reports, certification programs, Learning & Development related impact projects and other agreed services
- Support the development and delivery of regional sales and recognition programmes and events. Engage and manage the vendor to deliver be-spoken programmes
- Develop or support cross-functional platform and promotion materials for best practices sharing across LBUs. Manage regional CS-IVS share point, develop CS-IVS success stories, promote in the region and groom a CS-IVS community
- Assist in crafting and execution of regional Agency CS-IVS social media strategy (eg. Linkedin)
- Manage the budget for related Agency CS-IVS initiatives (eg L&D and recognition programs) in the region
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Job Requirements :
- University graduate with 5 years+ relevant experience. Experience in business development, analytics, digital marketing is preferred
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good presentation skills
- Marketing knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills especially with non-native English speaking colleagues
- Good influencing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Required to travel regionally
