System Analyst - Wealth Advisory

We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to join our Wealth Advisory team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in system analysis within the banking technology sector, with experience in Retail/Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, customer management, and Branch Banking products. This role involves translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring end-to-end support across various functional domains and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into clear Functional Specifications (FSD) and Technical Design Specifications (TSD). Lead and manage system analysis activities across functional domains and technologies. Provide system analysis, testing, and project management for Retail/Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, and Branch Banking products. Analyze and document interface specifications and data mapping, creating detailed specifications based on user requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. Apply Oracle SQL, Java, and Unix for technical solutions. Conduct in-depth analysis and propose actionable insights for business needs. Support the full development lifecycle, ensuring the application of best practices, standards, and methodologies. Facilitate collaborative requirement sessions, ensuring alignment and open communication among stakeholders. Handle multiple tasks efficiently, under pressure, maintaining high performance and quality. Negotiate and drive decision-making with various teams and stakeholders. Participate actively in project management and testing activities to ensure timely delivery. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst in banking technology. 4+ years of relevant experience in system analysis, testing, and/or project management related to Retail/Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, and Branch Banking products. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SQL and Java is preferred. Experience with Unix environments and related technologies. Well-versed in interface specification and data mapping. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp new concepts and provide solutions. Excellent understanding of relevant applications and development life cycles. Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team. Proven ability to facilitate and lead requirements sessions, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Excellent negotiation skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Work Style: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure. A collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach. Additional Qualifications (Preferred): Experience in Wealth Management. Knowledge of banking systems and technologies. Prior experience in a project management or business analysis role. Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
