PM Advisors is a fast-growing fintech company specializing in cashless payment solutions to our clients. We service top banks in Malaysia in their acquiring business and a wide range of merchants business portfolios. JOB OBJECTIVE Prepare monthly and annual financial report in compliance to approved accounting standards, financial analysis, audited annual financial accounts and annual business plan & perform cash flow management in order to achieve high level of operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure timely completion and accuracy of the full set of financial reports, management reports, and filing to Custom Department including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, account payable and account receivables Preparation of financial forecasting and budgeting to management for decision making process Act as key reviewer of all accounting entries and ensure compliance with accounting treatment adopted by the Company Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and bankers in ensuring compliance in all matters relating to audits, taxation and statutory requirements. Attend audit queries and deliver audit requests to ensure they meet all submission timeline Monitoring cash inflows and outflows by ensuring timely payment and receipt of revenue.
