Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management Manage and maintain company servers, networks, and workstations. Oversee IT hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance. Ensure uptime and reliability of IT systems critical to operations. System Security Implement robust security protocols to protect company data and systems. Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies. Operational Support Provide IT support to employees for hardware, software, and system issues. Collaborate with other departments to address technology-related needs. Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets. System Development and Integration Manage ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to optimize workflows. Integrate new software and tools with existing systems. Automate processes to enhance productivity and reduce manual tasks. Project Management Lead digital transformation initiatives, including transitioning to paperless systems. Oversee system upgrades and new software implementations. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for specialized IT solutions. Training and Documentation Train employees on new systems, tools, and cybersecurity best practices. Develop and maintain user guides, manuals, and IT policies.
