Logistic Assistant (Driver)

Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:- a. Loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering items to outlets in a safe, timely manner. b. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete. c. Ensuring all items sort, and package correctly before delivery. d. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. e. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record. f. Maintain the vehicle in a good condition from time to time. g. Arrange, organize and store inventory products at the being packed, with the right quantity, quality expiry date for items. h. Carry out packaging of products in a safe manner, according to SOP. i. Assisting load and unload of items from lorry to warehouse. j. Ensure timely completion of pick and pack to meet cut-off time for delivery. k. Practice and maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse. l. Accepting delivery of inventory. m. Counting and confirming inventory. n. Inspecting inventory for damage and faults. o. Communicating errors to relevant parties. p. Marking and labeling stock. q. Storing inventory in accessible manner. r. Arrange transportation of used carton box and other recyclable items to scrap and recycle vendors. s. To perform ad-hoc task assigned when there is no incoming orders to deliver. From time to time, the Company may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of your work.
