Maintenance Supervisor

A. Qualification 1. Min. 'SPM / STPM' with at least 5 ~ 8 years working experience; technical training or certification is a plus. B. Skills 1. Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. 2. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. C. Requirement 1. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. 2. Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques. D. Responsibility 1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. 2. Ensure parameters are set correctly for all production machine and tools 3. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner. 4. Responsible for 5's practises for a safe & healthy work environment 5. Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies. 6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to address maintenance needs. 7. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. 8. To perform periodic preventive maintenance based on the Master Plan 9. To perform periodic predictive maintenance based on Master Plan 10. Coordinate for the routine maintenance of the plant wide machines,Tools and Fixtures 11. Coordinate for the maintenance of plant wide light fittings,Time card machine ,Solder bath, Soldering irons, light 12. Maintenance of air conditioners & fire extinguishers. 13. Coordinate repair and maintain production equipment. 14. Coordinate all approved facility maintenance work order requests. 15. Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques. E. Other Requirements 1. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 2. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. 4. Comfortable working in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
