Collaboration and Communication • Work closely with other geologists, engineers, environmental scientists, and project managers to integrate exploration findings into broader project plans. • Communicate exploration results and project status to senior management and stakeholders through presentations and written reports. 5. Mentorship and Training • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior geologists and field staff. • Conduct training sessions on exploration techniques, safety protocols, and best practices. 6.
