We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Account cum Admin for our company. General Office Support: Perform data entry, manage filing systems, and handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail). Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations. Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, coordinates the delivery schedule with the driver, and organize travel arrangements. Administrative Tasks: Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and managing petty cash. Assist with HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and processing paperwork. Others: Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management. Working hours:- - Monday to Friday (9am - 6.00pm) - Saturday (9am - 1pm)
