Join Our Team as an Account Clerk in Puchong!

Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Account Clerk to join our team! If you meet the following qualifications, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

  • Education: SPM, Diploma or Degree in a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar accounting role
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in preparing full sets of accounts
    • Computer literate (Excel, Word, and more)
    • SQL Knowledge is a plus!
  • Location: Based in or near Puchong (own transportation is a plus!)

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions: Accurately record all financial transactions into the general ledger, ensuring each is supported by proper documentation.
  • Invoicing & Payments: Prepare and process invoices, monitor incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Bank Handling: Manage bank deposits, documenting all funds accurately and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and company records.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, including calculating incentives, overtime, withholding taxes, and issuing paychecks.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
