This role will play a crucial administrative support function, ensuring the efficient running of our office and supporting our wider business operations. Key responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments, including tasks such as responding to emails and handling correspondence. • Handle a variety of administrative duties including data entry, filing, document management, and record-keeping. • Assist with the coordination of office operations, including liaising with suppliers, managing inventory, and maintaining office supplies. • Support the financial team with tasks such as invoicing, expense processing, and petty cash management. • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service. • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures to enhance efficiency. • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
