HR Responsibilities: About the role As the Human Resources Manager , you will play a vital role in supporting the company's growth and development by leading the human resources function. Responsible for a range of HR responsibilities, this full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor. What you'll be doing Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the organization's goals Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations Analyse workforce data and provide HR metrics to support business decision-making Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify and address workforce challenges Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a positive and engaged work environment Ensure the company's compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in generalist HR functions Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-focused mindset Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field CHRP or CPHR certification is an asset What we offer , we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
