FINANCE MANAGER

• Strategy: It supports the strategy of the company within the resort • • Service / guest Relations: Guarantees the supply of all that is needed to deliver the guest benefit • • Quality / Hygiene and Safety: He is responsible for the application of quality standards, hygiene and safety rules, as well as the proper use of assets, related to the supply chain • • Management / HR Management: He is the ambassador for Club Med values, leads and leads the Management and Procurement team, and is the head of the operational HR processes in his department. • • Economic results: He is responsible for accounting, and must ensure budget monitoring and play his role of financial and administrative adviser for the village • • Commercial / Marketing: He accompanies resort Managers in their local sales development actions • • Delegations of authority: respect of internal and external procedures: It benefits from a delegation of power by which it is responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and control of norms and standards and applicable legislation (local and / or or any other legislation) for each area that concerns it, as well as the control of the internal procedures of all the services of the village (audit) • • Representation of the Club in the field: It contributes to the maintenance of good relations with the local authorities as part of its activity
