Warehouse and Production Support Specialist

JOB BENEFITS - Annual Leave, Medical Claims - Free Parking - Open & Friendly Working Culture JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing and distributing materials and finished products. - Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery. - Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to optimize space and accessibility. - Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies. - Monitor production schedules to anticipate material needs and avoid delays. - Assist in managing work-in-progress (WIP) materials and finished goods inventory. - Support the production team in identifying and resolving material shortages or quality issues. - Record the weight of raw materials and finished products weighed on the designated weighing machines. - Record and update raw materials and finished goods information in a computer system. - Conduct inspections of in-process products and finished goods. - Report any machine problems, quality issues or discrepancies for raw materials and finished goods. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Candidates must posses at least SPM/STPM. - Diploma and Degree in Business or Engineering will be added advantages. - Experience in production planning and manufacturing processes would be preferred. - Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory. - Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
