Senior Bank Reconciliation Officer

• Reconciling daily bank accounts for multiple currencies and multiple entities • Will be working on with Bank Reconciliations team and payment providers across different countries. • Will be required to learn SQL to troubleshoot errors that arise • Accurate data entry and managing a high volume of transactions daily • Ensuring integrity of financial data by performing reconciliations of third-party payment provider accounts against our database • Investigating and escalating reconciliation discrepancies and expediting issues as required • Assisting with month-end closing procedures including Regulatory reporting requirements • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
