Treasury cum Middle Office Support Executive

Job description We are looking for competitive and trustworthy Treasury cum Middle Office Support Executive / Assistant Manager to help us build up our business activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial instruments, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Monitor incoming dollar receipt from Oversea Customer. ~Reconcile Gold and Forex Transactions performed by Dealers. ~Resolving client queries timely and accurately. ~Generate invoices and statement to customer whenever customer request. ~Participate in new system integration and provide feedbacks for improvement if found any discrepancy. ~Assist HOD for banking account opening, trade facility application and forex FEC facility application. ~Work closely with operation and delivery teams to coordinate for customer stock delivery and collection orders. ~Liaising with other departments on a range of issues in connection with treasury. ~Assist to prepare P&L report from hedging activity. ~To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management from time to time. What is required of you? ~Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or relevant qualification in any field ~Minimum 1 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position ~Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia ~Computer literacy with MS Office applications ~Able to work independently under minimum supervision and have a strong eye for detail ~A positive and motivated attitude, fast learner and team-oriented ~Proficient in Mathematics ~Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply ~Able to start work immediately
