· To provide administrative duties and operational supports to the department
· To organize & coordinate meeting and record minutes of meeting
· Preparing presentations material for department on the projects progress
· Work with Manager on project tracking and document control activities
· Support and coordinate tendering process
· Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
· Monitoring and update daily project status and progression
· Monitor project procurement management
· Processing of invoices received, billing instruction and work order.
· Issuing payment certificate and progress claim
· Ensure report, SOP and requirements are compliance
· Develop & maintain filling system to ensure are up-to-date
· Assist in create and update costing of project upon request
Perform any other duties as assigned by HOD/superior from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
