  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description - Responsible for month end closing (AR, AP & GL & Inventory), assist in the preparation of Management Reports on a monthly basis. - Responsible for Product costing for Inventory Valuation and monthly closing of Inventories. - Ensure timely & accurate posting on Accounts Payable invoices, processing Vendor payments and monthly AP reconciliation by AP staff - Oversee Credit Control functions; Sales reports update & Collections posting & reconciliation. -Day to day treasury functions & cash flow management & bank reconciliation; preparation of weekly cashflow forecast report. - Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents & Government Authorities. - Perform checking & posting on Inter-Company billing transactions & reconciliation. - Fixed Asset registration & Schedule update. Acquisition & disposals of Fixed Assets items. - Submit quarterly report to Corporate office for compilation and Bursas reporting - Strong knowledge on Accounting treatments, General Ledger, Journal processing & Forex. - Coaching & provide guidance to sub-ordinates & ability to lead the team. - Maintain organised & proper filling system. - Other ad hoc Finance & Accounts related duties assigned by the Superior/Management. Job Requirements - Degree or ACCA - Minimum 10 years of related Executive Level working experience in a manufacturing environment - Able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadline - Mature with a positive work attitude - Independent with good interpersonal skills - Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Application (EXCEL, Powerpoint and Words) and also ERP Accounting System
