Job Summary: As a Junior Executive in Procurement and Premium Management, you will be instrumental in supporting the procurement processes, ensuring the cost-effective acquisition of premium products, and contributing to our procurement strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to supplier management, contract negotiation, inventory control, and oversight of premium warranty and expiry matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies. 2. Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure advantageous terms. 3. Process purchasing orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. 4. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards. 5. Support the management of premium products, including catalog management, quality control, and managing warranties and expirations. 6. Oversee warranty issues and expiry dates for premium products to ensure compliance and resolution of any issues. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company procurement needs and handle any procurement challenges. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2. 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with exposure to premium products management. 3. Strong negotiation and communication skills. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and any relevant procurement software. 6.
