Job Description Our Client is incorporated in 2007. The company has transformed more than 1000 doctors in digital operations and business advisory. They provide clinic business advisory, practice management & digital clinic transformation which private practices equip on top of professional clinical skills. Their clienteles are located throughout Malaysia and across Southeast Asia countries such as Indonesia and Singapore. Position: Sales and Marketing Executive/ Senior Location: Bandar Puchong Jaya , Selangor (Lrt Ioi Puchong Jaya 15min walk by, Free open area parking 10 minute walk by) Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team Report to the Sales and Marketing Manager Job Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (mininum one year) Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Must have own transport Remuneration packages: Basic: RM 6,000 - RM12,000 Based on experience and qualification + Commissions EPF, SOCSO, EIS Benefit: Allowance: Travelling allowance Working Days: Mon - Friday (5 days)
