Job Title: Marketing Executive
The Marketing Executive develops and manages email marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. Key tasks include creating engaging email content, implementing automation workflows, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance. Success is measured by high open and click-through rates and actionable insights from data analysis. This role is essential for driving the company's brand presence and customer retention, supporting overall growth through effective marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies, campaigns, and automated flows to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, conversions, and retention.
2. Create engaging email content, compelling subject lines, and effective calls-to-action to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
3. Implement and manage email automation workflows, triggered emails, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
4. Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
5. Generate regular reports on email marketing performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
6. Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns - backed by impact figures, return on investment, etc.
7. Monitoring campaign performance through various metrics and analysis, identifying gaps, and innovating to improve subsequent campaign performance.
8. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Experience & Skills:
1. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing.
2. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong writing skills in both languages.
3. Known basic knowledge of HTML.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
5. Effective time management and organizational skills.
6. Strong understanding of email marketing concepts, metrics, and best practices.
7. Good understanding of user journeys (onboarding, retention) is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
