JOB DESCRIPTION • Build, train, and manage a high-performing QA team while fostering a quality-focused culture. • Develop and monitor quality control processes, establish KPIs, and drive process improvements. • Ensure adherence to customer-specific and regulatory standards, coordinate certifications and audits. • Audit suppliers, maintain strict quality controls, and address customer requests promptly. • Maintain detailed QA records, generate performance reports, and implement CAPA. • Lead ISO certification processes, conduct internal audits, and train employees on compliance standards. • Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment, addressing issues promptly. • Educate staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and foster skill development. • Drive initiatives like Six Sigma and Lean to reduce defects and enhance efficiency. • Oversee testing processes to ensure quality and collaborate on design improvements. REQUIREMENTS • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. • At least 3 year(s) of working QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment. • Age between 30 to 45 years. • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards, and tools. • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
