OneWeb Lead

YOUR ROLE The Experience Centre OneWeb Lead will be responsible for the delivery and execution of integrated campaigns involving OneWeb. The OneWeb Lead will lead the OneWeb team and work collaboratively with wider streams to deliver first-class campaigns involving multiple functions coming together as one integrated team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (But are not limited to) • Responsible to drive OneWeb rollout planning and strategy from Region Overseas Experience Centre, while facilitating and proposing suitable solutions by understanding local markets' business requirements. • Be the team key lead and point of contact to support OneWeb delivery. • Collaborate and consult different key regional team as well as stakeholders from different streams (Personalisation, Interaction Studio, CRM, Media, Social & more) to drive the delivery of first-class campaigns for multiple Overseas Markets. • Consistent daily and weekly conversations with counterparts in Overseas Markets facilitating between HUB and markets. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 7+ years’ experience in CMS driven website content and application management, global rollout strategy development, and page creation and execution. • Experience working in large organisations with a wide network of stakeholders, managing and aggregating expertise and inputs from multiple sources. • Communicative and proactive working style, with ability to interact with co- workers effectively and appropriately at a variety of levels, across many disciplines. • Worked with major global brands and experience in managing dynamic projects. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, allied with the ability to negotiate. • Confident and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment. • Outstanding drive to get things accomplished and show strong individual responsibility. • Experience managing teams of individual contributors as well as managers. • Can bring a distinctive solution orientation together with team spirit. • Experience working with remote, cross functional teams across multiple time zones. • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a bonus.
