Key Responsibilities: 1. Business and Digital Support: • To ensure the accuracy of the internal agency and client portal management. • To prepare and track monthly KPI. • To monitor and feedback on new fund launch and sales campaigns effectiveness in terms of sales and retained revenue earned. • To develop channel strategies by mining existing database and gathering sales trend. 2. Sales Channels Support: To establish a systematic approach to support our sales channels business for the following: • Provides periodic materials to update clients and business partners on fund performance, market developments, sales activities / campaigns and relevant channel communications / bulletin as and when required. 3. Assists the Head of Department through the following: • Ensuring seamless agency empanelment within the agreed timeline. • Building and enhancing the process and productivity of private mandates through the Institutional Business Channel. • Leveraging on IT to extend our distribution reach through our online platform and providing a robust IT support to the focus channels. • Assist in the preparation of reports for BOD, CEO, Regional & Exco. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance/ Statistics. • At least 1-2 years in financial sectors preferably • Familiar with financial and capital markets • Good analytical, problem-solving skills and resourceful • Strong in interpersonal and communication skills • Good PC working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite in addition skills in extracting and arranging huge data by using pivot table, drawing charts etc. • Experience in Bloomberg & Lipper will be added advantage
