We are looking for experienced Executive, Indoor Sales & Pricing Support who are well-versed with ocean freight forwarding industry. This role combines sales, pricing, and customer service, requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer requirement, ocean freight market condition, as well as shipping carriers’ services and competition dynamics.

Job Description:

  • Supporting field sales in procurement ocean freight, other logistics services as well as prepare quotation.
  • Supporting both Ocean Bulk SL4 (ocean freight) as well as Ocean Bulk customer on FCL ocean freight requirement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of pricing and sales activities.
  • Work closely with field sales, customer service, operations and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor and update pricing models to reflect changes in cost, capacity, equipment availability, surcharges, and market conditions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers/vendors.
  • This role also to support KPI meeting with customers
  • Liaise with shipping carriers on bulk liquid requirements and LOI matters

Requirements:
  • Must possess Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or any equivalent field of studies.
  • At least 2 years of working experience logistics industry.
  • Candidate must have Strong understanding of ocean freight and liquid supply chain, especially in bulk liquid logistics.
  • Skills require: Excellent in Analytical skills, Strong negotiation skills, Computer literate, detailed oriented and proactive in problem solving.
  • Attributes required: Commitment to Excel, Communication skill and ability to influence others.
  • This position is to be based in USJ, Selangor.
