Work proficiently with clients across diverse sectors including FMCG, Technology, B&F, Auto, Hospitality, Media, Retails, etc. Inspire and guide the team with enthusiasm and a positive approach, promoting a collaborative work environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Service clients by understanding their needs and providing actionable insights. • Convert business opportunities into sales through strategic planning and execution. • Execute and oversee strategic social intelligence projects. • Manage and mentor a team to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Generate insightful reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the social intelligence / strategy planning / media planning / market research industry. • Own sales and client management expertise. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social intelligence/social listening platforms. • Strong team management (mix of junior and mid-level resources) and leadership skills. • Aspires to coach and mentor junior talents • Experience in generating insights reporting; Ability to build stories and churn insights based on data. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing organizational environments. • Excellent solo and team collaboration skills. • Enjoys working in a matrixed organisation with cross teams. • • Degree in Business, Social Science, Psychology, Communications or related studies.
