Machinery & Equipment Controller

• Oversee the tracking and management of machinery and equipment assets, including purchasing, leasing, and disposal. • Ensure the timely maintenance, inspection, and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset life. • Provide regular reports on machinery and equipment usage, financial status, and lifecycle performance to senior management. • Ensure all machinery and equipment meet safety and regulatory standards. • Maintain an accurate inventory of machinery and equipment, including spare parts and accessories. • Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective service. • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and data-driven assessments to optimize machinery utilization and investment. • Prepare and manage budgets for machinery and equipment, including capital expenditures and operational costs.
