Group Financial Controller

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the CFO, the FC will assist the CFO in the following areas:

The Financial and accounting functions. To assist the CFO in financial accounting, management accounting, statutory reporting, taxation, treasury and audit, financial and accounting system controls and standards and to ensure timely financial and statistical reports for management and/or Board use and future company growth,

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives, focusing on maximizing profitability and shareholder value,

Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting: Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for the Organization. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Treasury and Capital Management: Oversee cash flow planning, capital allocation, and risk management across the group of companies. Optimize the capital structure to support growth and enhance profitability,

Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate potential merger and acquisition opportunities, conducting financial analysis and due diligence. Develop and execute integration strategies to maximize synergies and drive value creation,

Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to financial and accounting regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Maintain strong corporate governance and promote ethical conduct throughout the organization,

Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop talent, promote professional growth, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team, and

Any other duties that may be assigned by the CEO and CFO.
